DRZ250 or KLX300?

Wanting a bike to chase the young fellow around on his XR on trail rides and just generally having fun. Have narrowed it down to the DRZ250 and the KLX300 and would appreciate some opinions on these bikes. I like the KLX as its quite a bit lighter than the DRZ but no electric start wheras the DRZ250 is almost as heavy az the DRZ400 which I've ridden and decided toooo heavy but it has the button start. Has anyone had any problems kick starting the KLX300's? Am looking at 2003 onwards...woooo is me...help!!!!!:slap: :slap: :slap:

I own both of these bikesget the klx300...don't worrie about the kick starting...second kick at the most every time....you'll leave your mate for dead on his XR...the chassis are really really good on the klx...

Dave andersons on marsteron has a klx at the moment...second hand...hardly used....

Get an older XR250 or similar a CRF230. both really good bikes ( i have a CRF230) and Hondas.
