The barrels are stored in climate-controlled cells in a warehouse. The matured whiskies are blended to ensure uniformity and are diluted with water again to reduce strength. A panel then tests the whisky for any variations in flavor, color and bouquet to ensure standards. The whiskey is bright gold, smells like almonds and spice, and tastes like fruit and caramel with a hint of oak. The whiskey is again filtered to remove the charcoal sediment it picked up in aging, tested once more, and then bottled.

Blended from a mixture of Bourbon and sherry casks, the light colour of this malt belies the richness of its character. The nose has a wide range of aromas, from citrus fruits to pears and a hint of peat, while the palate shows touches of smoke, vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon and the salty tang characteristic of the distillery.

Another fine malt for a Havana, with an almost bewildering array of flavours: dark chocolate, figs, marzipan, brazil nuts and vanilla are just some of the notes on show. Absolutely top-class.

As you can see from the above whisky comes in many tasts.

My 200sx under full throttle sounds nicer than my ZXR does...untill the bike hits 16000rom...then the bike wins.
PLus, i love drift...i wish i could drift the rear of a bike like Rossi does...that would be good fun.

The only difference between this post and those that follow would be that Scummy isn't joking. Guarantee it. Scientifically proven - below Oamaru peeps don't joke about anything. Ever. Something to do with the tapwater i think.
