Close, it says I must monitor all users and penalise and report those using excessive bandwidth for personal internet use.

So - to define "excessive", you need to establish a bench mark of what is "reasonable" bandwidth usage. And the most logical way to do that is to monitor your own usage - since that by definition must be reasonable. And report any one who uses more than you. But, in order to be fair, you need to make sure that your own usage is at the maximum end of "reasonable". Hence, the need to monitor suitable sites- and KB is more suitable than most. Works for me.

Depends on how many variables I have to deal with when I sit at my desk. If the coffe machine wasn't turned on for me, the systems always seem to go on the blink for 29 mins exactly. If it is on, well I look for fault in something else just to justify me being an arse.

You sound like an "old person" or a "public servant" Ixion. :slap: Can this be true? John.
