Hey look I've heard many reasons people switch to a bike

For me it's a combination of all the above, you??

...I like speed as much as the next chap/chapette, but for me I can't beat the feeling riding gives me full stop...i've been in jet superboats that pull 6+ g's into corners, flown with a lunatic top dressing pilot, bungied, sky dived, scuba dived, jumped outta choppers, abseiled, rock climbed, white water rafted blah blah, but for overall total thrill every time...riding does it for me...whether it's cruising to a mates or carving it up on the weekend...ever since my first taste as a pillion on a mates bike from CHCH to Queenstown when I was a young chap, I've been hooked on riding...just can't get enough...

next year i'm off to uni in dunners and the hall i'm stayin in is a 20 minute walk away from campus :slap: so had the idea of gettin a bike cos parking a car is a bitch down there... it was just an idea a few months ago but now im definitely gettin one! dunno how i was hooked, dont think it was the sex appeal, i guess it was more the mystery and respect you get on a bike. plus you can park it anywhere and its good on gas, means i can spend more money on beer!!!

Mine is a not so good reason... I started riding because it was expected of me. Members of my family race, all my friends race. They were all keen to see me on a bike, so meh ok... glad I did tho
