Well it's a moot point. There is no doubt in my mind that speeding and reckless driving 'may' go hand in hand. But I tend to agree with the judge that it 'ain't neccessarly so. Road conditions, traffic volumns, day or night and even the speed on it's own could under certain circumstances be judged as dangerous driving...............but speed on it's own under favourable conditions..........well as I said it's a moot point.
