Try 30psi front and 28psi rear on the track. Use tyre warmers if you can for track days to reduce cold tearing, and if it begins to tear then up the rear preload a bit.
Have fun
Racetec's work real well, you have to stay on it on the road to keep temperature in em as they're designed to run at a higher temp than road tyres, so have to push harder to keep hotter to get the best out of them.
On the track, they are the shiz, feel better than supercorsa's but thats just me, put it this way if you crash on them you've done something seriously wrong.

I had a set of RaceTecs on my '96 GSX-R750 SRAD and they were the best tyres I've had. They sharpened up the steering heaps, and made the bike more flickable. They're really thin too, compared to say, the Sportec M-1 so they should help the bike perform better.
If you're doing road riding with a bit of track time, I'd recommend the RaceTec K2 - they go supersoft (K0), soft (K1) medium (K2).
Slob by name, not by nature..
you can say that again I tipped the bike on to the ground when i first had it put on!Originally Posted by slob
