Big news! They can't afford 1000 new cops cos the Labour Party can't do Maths!!!! Four words: Student fucken Loans, and Kyoto Agreement.

Well the sensible thing to do would revolve around trying to retain experienced cops by increasing there pay rate rather than replacing them with young kiddies who have hardly lived life themselves.

But it hardly matters when we have a justice sytem that focuses solely upon releasing the offender to offend again as quickly as possible. You get 10 years for murder, its only a matter of time before we replace home econmics with basic burglary, afterall we all know which is most profitable.

Good call Indoo - only being a Govt. department they won't realise it, - unlike the private sector.
Nothing against the young'uns but the team is in danger of getting a little bottom heavy experience-wise.

    Where's the problem?
Didn't think too much experience was needed to be able to fill in a traffic violation document correctly?

    Whats more dangerous, a 1.5tonne car doing 100km/hr+ or a 200kg bike doing 60......
Yeah, but they are driven by highly trained police drivers.

Nah, a trained chimp could do it - only the Govt. couldn't afford the bananas.

Not the most popular part of the job but ya get a few laughs from it.

That happened when they squeezed out all the middle ranks to pay for INCIS.
Now we're paying the price for all the poorly supervised cowboys in the job.

He did say "night", which isn't the most appropriate time to call on burglary victims or make inquireis regarding rapes etc.

Anyway, we've caught all our murderers and rapists down my way so I might as well be out at night pulling over cars in case any from out of town think they might take up residence in my patch.

Do you mean all as in absolute, or have you just caught your quota?

Didn't know we had quotas for murder??? Must be sumfing new. I wonder how we will boost the figures when things are a bit slow? Contract killings maybe, perhaps grumpy ex TO's would be a good place to start?
