    asking for it!

I'm driving my van yesterday from silverdale down to the north shore and a guy comes past me on an R1 with a full race fairing, no lights at all, looked like it was on slicks and pops a standing wheely for about 250meters up the motorway.
Man it looked cool, but did he want to be in jail or what?
    Luv it!

okay that was just plain odd.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I saw a 996 same sorta look, but he had a headlight protector over his headlights so looked like race fairing, also helped when it was all painted black, he was on semi slicks.

I was on semi slicks when i first got on my 1100 but they didn't agree with my gravel road.

But yest i think he was looking for jail

On Sunday when Mr Melon and I were out for a ride a rider going the other way popped a wheelie as he rode past me, he was going up hill too...would that make it more difficult? Sorry I don't know what he was riding b/c I'm still learning that stuff but I was impressed - is that like a BIG wave?

Oh ok, thanks for the info - I thought it would be more tricky to get back down going uphill, he did a bit of a wobble upon hitting the road again.

I was too busy grinning & dropping my jaw to wave...I hope he didn't think I was a snob! Nope it wasn't sliver, it was a blue/black, I think I've seen him before zooming up Victoria St and he popped a wheelie that time too.

No headlights, no lights anywhere-proper fibreglass race fairing in light colored primer. No numberplate.
And yes, doing a wheely on a bike like this, while speeding probably would get you locked up!
    Luv it!
