    Cool

I have just heard from Sixpackback's daughter this afternoon....
This is the message I received.

"yeah he got out of surgery at like....11.30 ish
    hes all sweet"

So now he will be very groggy and still falling asleep off and on.
Tomorrow he should be feeling a little bit better.

So its all good, he came throu the op ok... and now hope the op was successful on his back.

All the best to him and his family
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Duct tape ya dick to the inside of ya leg, so you dont get a big woody in the recovery room. Apparently it's quite common.

Doctor - Good god, did someone pitch a marquee in here?
Nurse - giggle, No Doctor, thats just SPB's bed sheet.

    Hope all goes well.

    Cool

UPDATE: at 7.40pm this evening, I received a txt from the man himself.

"All is good, leave Friday morning"

So it looks like Sixpackback is gonna be let out of hospital on Friday morning and allowed to go home to recover there.

Lets hope all keeps going well for him.

    Get well soon ya broken-arse!
I know how painful a bad back can be - too much lifting of Mk2 Zephyr cylinder heads, deer carcases etc have left mine somewhat 'tender' - glucosamine has helped wonder, give it a go if the docs say it's o.k.
