    Green Bling for Coleman's!!

Talk about helping out a damsel in distress. Lots of green bling to Coleman's for coming to my rescue!

I had the misfortune to run over a very large/sharp stone late on Saturday nite while 2-up, which resulted in one very flat rear tyre.
Several dog turds and loadsa glue strategically placed into the puncture, I managed to get the bike home after hopscotching between gas stations, but once the bike was home, that was it....unrideable.

I knew i'd be up for a new tyre, so first thing Monday, I rang cycletreads, but they didn't want to know....too far away for a pick up (geeze I miss Baz!!)

I then rang Coleman's. Not only was it no problem, but they could come pick the bike up whenever it suited ME. They arrived exactly when they said they would (no extra time needed off work), fit in a service as well as the new rubber, gave me a sharp deal, and came in under the quoted/expected price...and all in under 24hrs!!! I ended up with new rubber front and rear, and for around the same price that "treads" would've done.

So there you go, for the sake of an extra 15mins to my place, not only have "treads" dipped out on a set of tyres, but also any future business from me, and anyone else who reads this thread and maybe values service over a few bucks.
    GO COLEMANS!!! THANKS HEAPS BOYS!!

    Thumbs up Coleman's

They are good aren't they. I popped in there on Sat to test ride some new wheels, took the day off to do it and it had to start persisting down didn't it. They didn't even mention the rain only which bike to take out next I quite enjoyed being in the shop, pleasant people and happy to help you.

Nice to hear there are some fellow KBrs working there, be nice to go for a ride once I pick up my new wheels.

    Cheers guys

I had the same trouble with Boyle's. They were pissing around for days before they found anything and then they estimated 3-4 weeks to get them and spun me a BS line about how CBR250RR pistons are no longer manufactured and they have to be made from scratch

So in the end I jumped online and within 10 mins found http://www.econohonda.co.nz, this guy is awesome to deal with and through him I had the parts at the shop for the same price in 3 days. 3 days compared to 4 weeks, those f*ckers were just taking the piss

If the parts are for your CBR get in touch with this guy, it's a case of if you want something done right do it yourself!
