Smile Looking for something naked and well-endowed

I'm also after anyone's opinions on naked muscle bikes, e.g. CB1, ZRX1100, GS1100. The ER-5 is fun and versatile but will be a bit wimpy for me to cart my partner around on for long trips, since together we weigh something like 180kg (as much as the ER-5 with a tank of gas). Raw power shouldn't be a real issue at this engine size... what I'm after is something comfy and low-maintenance, but more flickable than a cruiser. Doesn't have to be new. If I were picking up something older what things should I look for? Are there any problem models you would stay far away from, or especially good bikes you could recommend?

I'm quite like the look of the new Honda CB1300 (in black).

And personally I would also consider the SV1000N too, tho for long hauls it's shortish tank range and it's firm saddle gets a bit of flack from it's owners, and the passenger is perched quite high...

If you start thinking CB1300, have a look instead at the B11S, its sort of a naked CBR1100 havnt read many reviews and don't know how flickable it is, but no harm in test riding i say....

Its a very cool bike - but any prospective pillion better be the size of Tinkerbell, or they'll have the worst case of "bike seat wedgie" you've ever seen!

I've always liked the look of the big Suzukis like the bandit. Good price, running gear etc and no problem with a motor based on the mighty GSXR plus sensible riding positions

When ive seen those stopped at lights they shake like a bitch, the whole thing was vibrating, either it had something majorly wrong or it is how they come. Don't know why they didn't call it the BS1100... (probably due to the Bullshit....)but anything that can do 260kmh without a fairing has got to be scary.... Imagine the buffeting

Yes - heaps of fun. Only ridden a bandit,Cagiva Raptor,Buell and Z1000, But the Z1000 had the immediate "Yee Haa lets boogie" factor! Also felt the most comfortable...?

have Buell ever done anything with the V-Rod motor? Otherwise it seems such a waste of a nice looking bike to fill up the hole with a tractor motor as they do
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.
those cheap ass bitches can do anything with ductape.
