    I wasnt disapointed. Was my first time and I had a ball. Put at ease by excellent intro from Frosty, and got to meet some Auck/Nthrn KBers. Good to meet you guys. Pity there werent more around on Sunday night. That was a laugh.

The 3rd session I was gearing up for before the heavens opened, I was getting ready to give it a go. I think next time, I'll be in that group for sure.
    Had I had a bigger bike I think I'd have made the same choice as you, even I kept finding traffic in the yellow group

    As a 150cc bike in with the medium group I need to ask the question, did I get in the way?
    I felt I was doing alright, and in the last session enjoyed hanging onto the back of a group of bikes through the corners. I felt I could have undercut bikes without too much trouble in the hairpin and the sweeper, but as it wasn't a race day I didn't risk it and let some of you 'have the track'

    Can't wait to get out there on a race day!

    Only on the back straight...
    Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Well frosty mate. that sums it up. you did good and I would think the next track day will be full. Good job done and thanks. I ran this cos I think we get a bit bogged down with the improvement ideas. They are good and will make the day better but this proves the over all result was great. thanks Till the next one. Merry christmas to all

    Will add me 2c worth in here and I dont mean to be critical, but just to add my perspective. I'm probably banned now from all future events but here goes;

    I had never been around the Taupo track before, and in fact, the last track would have been Mansfield around 15 years ago.

    I was nervous but I thought about it and elected to just go straight into the medium group... At the end of the day, it was MY decision and I was comfortable with it. So I "by-passed" my white dot and went straight to yellow

    So I guess the point being, is that people ARE and CAN BE reponsible for their own decisions.. Yeah, yeah I know.. I can hear the OSH argument that CaN bought up ringing in my ear... As I said at the beginning.. my 2c worth! Will behave myself in future events (maybe!) lol
    It's been a rough day. I got up this morning, put on a shirt and a button fell off.
    As I ran out the door, I picked up my briefcase, and the handle came off.
    Now I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.
