    170km/hr on the open road (100km/hr) ...
    Got let off though..
CBR1000 just ended up to be the talking point at the time
Was a few years ago tho..
It's been a rough day. I got up this morning, put on a shirt and a button fell off.
As I ran out the door, I picked up my briefcase, and the handle came off.
Now I'm afraid to go to the bathroom.

2 different brushes with the law. Both a long time ago.

First one, being chased home late one night while I had 2 pillions on. Needless to say, the old CX400 slug wasn't up to it, but was good brownie points with the young ladies on the back though. Made some story up about getting these girls home to their parents, cops let my off. Got away once with a couple of mates on the back coming back from McDee's one night. Problem was, my mates coke got spilt down the back of my jeans when they where jumping off to hide in the bushes. Man that sucked.

My closest brush with loosing my license was for crossing a yellow line and overtaking 2 vehicles on the short straight before the esses south of some small town on SH1 known for it's gumboots. The big problem was one of the cars was going the other way. Scared the crap out of them, but not enough to stop one of them getting my plate. Told the cops I wasn't there at the time they reported and had witnessses to prove it. Just got a new job with a company car, loosing the liscense would have cost me the job.

Calmed down when I reached about 25. Bloody good reason for putting the minimum age up.

Fastest I was ever caught was 180kms/h in a 60kms/h zone. Think they could have locked me up if they wanted to, but instead they let me off with a bottle of brandy. Came and collect it at my house too. This happended at my home town in South Africa..

I was on my way home riding nicely came up to a passing lane the cage in front of me pulled into the right hand lane doing 105ks and just sat there I got annoyed so I flicked across the yellows and did a quick pass and flipped her the bird on the way passed, 15ks later glanced in the mirror to see the flashing lights by the time he got out of his car and walked up I was banging my head on the petrol tank ( I had got a ticket for 119 exactly to the day a month before) he asked my why I had "Passed a car that was passing a truck with oncoming traffic" and I explained how long I had sat behind her he told me I should have passed on the left, he estimated my speed to be 110 (i knew it was 160+) then asked me if i would be happy to have a ticket for crossing double yellows $75, i was rapt !!

Mine are crap really, i have had 3 tickets over many years all in 100k zones. 2 of these are for 115k and the other for 112 which really pisses me off. It would be alright if it were for a better speed and i wasnt tryin to speed jus wondered into the 115 area with out realising as most of you would no can happen.

Of course when they say whats ya reason, ya thinking why ask youll ticket me anyway, so proceed to say i wasnt tryin to. Look what im riding if i were speeding it wouldnt be 115k it would be decent like 150 or more.

But i may have lost a cop one time wit an excessive speed but i jus cant remember if i have done over 200k if anyone is an officer.

But if you look at my signature that says it all, i try so hard not to get tickets and then usually a month before i have zero demerits again i get to add some.

    But thats life.

    Arrow Speeding?

I cannot (and will not) confirm or deny anything.
