*sigh* avatars containing nudity... AGAIN

Okaaaay.

Most of us know the drill- when you are submitting images, you check the box to say whether or not there be Naughty Bad Stuff like Lady Bits beyond. Some of us clearly are still having a little trouble with this, still...!

Those others among us who either access KB during breaks at work, or have small people at home, or don't find it especially amusing looking at soft porn over our tea and crumpets (fnaar, fnaar) then won't have to have these images popping up, causing us to overheat in our cardigans.

(The person I am thinking of in particular has been PM'd but still has done nothing about it... so can a mod have a word, perhaps?)

There isn't a way to lable avatars as R-rated images that I can find, though there is a way to have them filterd along with the attachment images. But the person with the avatar has to label it as an R-rated image for that to work so kinda pointless aye... You're best bet is to turn all avatars off. Unless someone else has another idea.

jaz, okay someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I think there has been a slight problem with the "r rated image" option.

There was a certain thread in particular, where images came up as not being "r rated" when they should have been. My options are ticked to not show these types of images. A mod went through and ticked the image to r rate it and yet it was still showing up on mine and other peoples computers. Last I knew they were looking into it, and I am unsure of what has happened about it.

Spankme has fixed that. Turns out that theimage itself was the same size as the thumb so it nulled itself or something.

Image censoring
Do you wish to censor avatars & attachment thumbnails containing nudity?
When members upload avatars & images, they are asked to specify if it contains nudity. These avatars are not displayed with this option turned on.

-To which I have clicked, 'yes'.
So is this an option which has now disappeared or did it not exist in the first place..?

Can they not put an option in to r rate avatar images?

Will PM Spank about being able to label your avatar as a R-rated image (if he hasn't seen this thread allready) I remember the option used to be there to but I think it disapeard around the time of the last upgrade. Not sure though cause I've never had to use it

He fixed it for attached images within the post as that was what the problem was that Kittie mentioned before lol. PM is sent and he is very quik at this stuff, so should be sorted soon.
