    Track day poll

    I loved the day
But out of interest how did you rate it? Just the riding not lack of track time or anything else. Just the riding in respect to your choice of group and bike etc.

I thought the pole was just, well, a pole. I've seen better - some even come with lights on the top!

I was about 80% happy. Track surface conditions made me feel I couldn't push in the places I wanted to. Aside from that (and not including the crappy weather at times), I bloody enjoyed myself, and went thru several pairs of underwear. I'm currently saving for more underwear for next time..

Well I thought the organision was better than the last one but then again the last one was dam well organised. There will always be issues of people wanting less or more of this and that you just can't please everyone.

The only things that made this day less than perfect was the crap weather the night before that ruined what would have been a mint track. That sweeper is so smooth now and would have been great if it was clean on the day.

The other thing was the rain on the day that forced an early stop. After that I just wanted to get out of my wet gear and go home.

Matter of fact, I ride a Suzuki, the Beemer is up for sale. Secondly, I also own a dictionary. Two in fact. Would you like my old one?

It was intended as humour. I know it's Christmas but I didn't think the stress levels had got so high yet!

A multi choice poll would've been much better.

Spent 40 years trying to get the English language but it just never got in. If I looked up every word I would never be able to post anything. I use the spell checker to post here but it doesn't do gramma. K have a good weekend

Yep I agree. I didn't tick the box for it and then could not go back and edit it. Don't think I will try this again. Never mind just tick one and see what happens. Cheers

If your gramma is good looking send her around here!
I could possibly be able to check her grammar at the same time

I felt restricted most of the day. I doubt I got a clear lap in. I wasn't impressed by having to ride in the novice group straight out. Okay, fair call that I'd never been on that track before, and Frosty's intro laps to the track were good. But after Frosty's instruction no point in wasting petrol by circulating, I pulled in after a lap. I might be a novice squid, but I'm no novice rider. I was glad that Frosty was amenable to bumping me up to Med.

I had a blast playing with Bugjuice in Med, but realistically both of us were pulling our punches short given that there were pretty much always riders in front of us. No disrespect to those guys (and girls) they've got just as much right to be there as we did. We were just about to put the lean on Frosty to bump us into Fast, but the weather turned for the 2nd time and it was all over rover.

Overall, Frosty and Co get fan-bloody-tas-tic bonus points for the day. The negatives were me picking the wrong speed group, and that damn weather!!

that session was a bit of fun, ay? I started in that group, was happy to be over taking bikes as that's something I wanted to do (sorry Gareth!), and Frosty did say for me to go up a group, but I felt I was in that little void between medium-fast, and the silly cunts group. The 3rd session I was gearing up for before the heavens opened, I was getting ready to give it a go. I think next time, I'll be in that group for sure.

    Until next time MB...
