Presume you still need Regional Council permits to ride through there?
    Cheers

What I'm getting at is this ride can be done on an unregistered bike? Also saw you ride a CBR250R so wasn't sure if it was a gravel bash or what. Would be interested in hearing more details, ie terrain type, distance etc. I can't find Mungatokutoku on the map and have no idea where it is. I could be keen with a bit more detail.

i am still yet to need a little more entusiasm before a organised ride, but i still go with a bunch of my riding mates every secont sunday of the month.

technically yes you do. But there is no one policing it. The only thing a permit does is say if you crash into someone while riding and you damage their bike and they have a permit and you dont, then you are liable to pay for any damage to their bike.

the permits are free if i can remember and you get them from the kapiti coast council .
