DVD Worlds Fastest Indian

Does anyone have any information as whether there is a DVD of the Worlds Fastest Indian going to be released as i want a copy or has anyone downloaded a copy. PLease let me know email me at marlway@xtra.co.nz

It might be a bit early for a legal DVD, if memory serves the film isn't going to be released in the USA until February.

I would almost guarantee it. "Wave Rider" did. According to AllMovie the main release in the US isn't until 3 Feb. Probably be sometimes after then(?)

I am sure that I saw and heard it mentioned on TV recently that they were showing it now in the states... not long after it was released in NZ...

Maybe I heard the news item all wrong...

DVD release is all but gauranteed I would think. Still in Cinemas here in Kiwiland though so I supect it is still a few months away.
I intend to score a copy when it is released - best movie I've seen in months.

im definatly going to grab a copy when its released, but not expecting that for months yet. was talking to my ex partner in canada, told him to go see it, he hasnt even heard of it yet.

They will run it in a few theaters for a week in mid-December, but it won't actually get full release here until February of 2006. "

I half expect it to be in the Special Fetures of the DVD when it comes out.

I went to the movie. Then Te Papa. Now I have the book. Up to chapter 10 and what a read. Not about the bike as much as the man to this point in the book. Stuff about the bikes in his life but it really is an eye opener to why Burt was who he was. Grab the book while you are waiting for the DVD.
