Tsk tsk tsk, must WE explain everything!
Deviant Esq. you said something to the effect of "Looks good to me, tho' I'm UNINITIATED"~ Hence the quick quip about "Hey hey, I'm not into that sort of thing, but if you are I can handle that... I'm not homophobic..." Get it??? Still not?

Meanwhile, different strokes for different folks - I'm into sexy sports bikes, svelt sleek lines and minimalist graphics.

2005 Yammy R1 all the way!

I was lucky enough to fondle one of those MV's at the Motomesse in Munich, Germany - truely, they are sex on wheels in the flesh.

I must admit.. while I'd have the Agustas as the main course, if it were to have a touch of Asian spice on the side I'd definitely go with the Fireblades. Yum.

I hear ya~ Good looks, quick and easy to ride hard like the pic below.
The 954 Blade makes great riders out of average ones (in fact many Hondas do... could that be why I hear so much Honda bashing on KB??? ...your jealousy is sooo transparent )

Time and place fore everything. Naked is good some times, others it is best covered up. Then there is the Bikini Theory, enough on display to tease and enough hidden to keep the imagination active....

Classic Bikes will always be classic bikes, the likes of the ones mentioned apart from being glorious machines of their times, are rolling forms of art that were alive with character & took a real man to ride them properly.
the modern classics though beautiful machines are just show ponies in comparison, all the business end of the machine is hidden behind carbon fibre & plastic & are too easy to ride fast thats why so many get into trouble on modern machines, they may do things brilliantly but thats where the trouble starts.
plus the older classics appreciate in value where these modern toys the arse falls out of their value in no time.

Specially if they happen to fall on their arse as many have listed on this site. Dare you to do a search on "Write off"...
