I'm implying your pace may be suitable and safe for you guys because you know what you are doing, you know those speeds.
Unfortunately, I don't know Dover, I don't know his abilities as a rider.
He may well require a more sensible riding group (e.g. rides closer to the speed limits) so he has more time to consider what he's doing etc. Some time for him to develop!
I ride with some fast guys down here and when we ride fast, you pick your moments and you don't hesistate at that speed, you follow through because at those speeds, hesitation may kill.
I also ride with many slower riders too (my usual riding group). We have 250's throught to 1100's and we ride fantastic as a group, because we all ride within everybody elses limits.
When I say picking your moments better! I am saying - That your speeds may involve Dover picking moments at velocitys with which he may not be overly comfortable with. A more casual riding group involves less precise pickings of moments!
But like I say, I don't know Dover, Dover may ride like Rossi - and if you ride like a real Pro, you're bound to wipe out alot!

This is no "Fuck Off" to the group he currently rides with! Simply I'm curious as to whether he needs more developing to ride safer with you guys.
