    To Scott's family.
Although you may not think particularly kindly of bikes and bikers at the moment, please know that Scott enriched many lives during the short period he was part of our group. It was great to see a new biker who thought so much about keeping himself safe ... which makes this tragedy so much harder to deal with for all of us.

Heartfelt sympathy to Scott's family and friends.

A great guy, taken too soon.

    Ride on, brother.

To Scott's family, friends and loved ones, my sincere condolences. No words can dull the pain that you're all going through at this terrible time. I pray that you find strength in each other and the memories you have of Scott to help you in your grief. I never met Scott in person, but got a glimpse of his personality and character through his posts on this site, and I just hope that it's some small comfort that Scott was at least doing something he so clearly loved when he was taken. RIP Scott. My thoughts and prayers to his loved ones.

    regards,

As bikers, we generally understand the risks associated with the passion of riding -- a joy we all share and celebrate. It is sometimes hard to explain this to non-riders, particularly those who may have lost a loved friend or family member to a riding accident.

Korowetere was a comparatively recent contributor to Kiwi Biker. But it was clear from his posts that he was passionate about riding. Tragically he is with us no more but he rides with us all in spirit.

It would have been great to meet him in the BOP...he seems a top bloke to get to know.
He obviously cherished his friends and family and their love.
May you find strength in that same love during this incredibly difficult time.
    Sincerely,
    Jon

    To Scott’s family and friends

I never had the pleasure of meeting Scott in person but he seemed top be a top bloke who enjoyed life.

It is never easy losing a loved one especially in such tragic circumstances and far before his time.

My thoughts are with Scott’s family and all those involved.
