    just saw this threed...
a little story about when i stopped for a stranded biker,..

there i was ... the day was HOT, i was just cruising,

mud boy's mum ( )had turned up less than 4 hrs earlier and i was on my own.

i got lost but who cared.. not me!

i saw a sign naming a place i knew.. yep i'll go that away, i thought.

about 10 minuets later i saw..what i thought was a harely, broken down down and a guy just looking out over a padock havin a smoke. so i stopped to see if he needed a hand with anything.. not being a mechnic i thought we could tow him .. or use my cell ph...

turned out that it was a suzuki...

but no the poor bugger had "cought up" to a muffty cop, who hadn't filled his quoter, and he was just pissed off and thought it was safer not to ride for a bit...
we rode together till i reach a little town and stoped for a coffee, he shouted me it just to say thanks for stopping!!!

i could go one and tell more about the guy ... but that will be another day

    what a ride so far!!!!

    Not too surprised

I gotta say, that it aint that surprising. Although i'm more likely to stop than not, i have done both. Nessesity sometimes means we cant stop.
Time is a bitch, and we live in a society that is governed by its watch.
Having said that, ten bikes riding past, cant all have been in that much of a hurry. To sum up, Piss poor is right, but there are well proper excuses for not stopping, and we cant all feel guilty for needing to be somewhere.

I have pulled over for bikers.
One recently around manukau somewhere, bike northbound I was going southbound, if I hadn't had an appointment to get to I would have doubled back and checked he was alright, even though he was talking on his cellphone when I went past.
    Times a bitch aye.

Weasel, you're lucky they didn't know you're from Pommyland, otherwise they probably would've run you over!!!!

You did, however, have 3 great guys stop and say gidday. And 1 fantastic person escort you to the Coroglen.
