I usually tend to knock on the window. Use a threatening body manner, usually that puts the shits up someone, make sure you wear leathers though. It tends to add menance to the situation.

If they become threatening then its time to eiither face up or bug out, whatever looks the easier option.

just down the road from home yesterday. I had a girl back out of her drive infront of me. She did not even check for cars or bikes befor backing out.
I Stoped right nect to her door and gave the bike a rev. She freaked out andpulled back into her drive.
