To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

    Being led by the nose.

When I was a little boy and this sort of crap became an issue we were always made to recite the following.

"Sticks and stones will break my bones but names can never hurt me"

Once we accepted this, we were taught that the only one who can give them permission to hurt you is you.

You said in your initial post that you are happy with who you are, then you went to pieces and started playing their game.

Ask yourself, who was in charge after that? :spudwhat:

Take back you own control, "ignore the silly little bastards" and get on with life the way "you" want it to be, not the way "they" have made you accept it.

Sorry to sound like your Nana but when you think about it, you had control of your life and you willingly gave that control to them and then went further still by volunteering to act even sillier than they did.

Take a little time over this. Cheers John.

First thing I'd suggest is growing a pair.

So they called you a name, so what? Do you really think by riding to their house and giving them a lecture they gave a crap about what you had to say?

All this crap about people not be racist is bullshit as well, I think the number of posts / threads on here about Asian women drivers is testament to that.

We all make snap judgements about people, either by the way they look (clothes etc..), their race, car, bike or whatever... whether these are true or not depends on the person in question, but there's no doubt we all do it.

Sorry these guys hurt your feelings, but if we all ran to the cops every time someone called us a name then we'd never get anywhere would we?

You know when a plane full of poms just landed at the Airport. The whining continues even way after the engines have been shut down

    P.S.
Good luck with that. I didn't even get anywhere when my house was broken into. Now that was a REAL crime.
