For sale: Tickets to the Big Day Out

    Hi Guys.
I have 2 tickets to sell, can't make it up there now, was going on the bike all the way from Christchruch.
Have them on TradeMe for $200 reserve, if a fellow kb'er is interested I'll sell at a better deal.

    Cheers

Stolen Tickets Will Not Be Honoured

The promoters of the Big Day Out in Auckland have announced that they will not be honouring a significant number of Big Day Out tickets that have been stolen.

The stolen ticket numbers are listed below .
As part of the Big Day Out’s anti-scalping initiative for 2008, barcode scanners will be in operation at all Mt Smart stadium gates this year. The concert promoters are warning that patrons with tickets with numbers corresponding to the stolen tickets will be denied entry to the concert.

It is possible that people have these tickets thinking that they have been purchased legally from an authorized outlet. The promoters are therefore urging anyone who has bought tickets in the past four weeks to check their ticket number against the list of stolen tickets.

If you do find yourself in possession of a ticket listed as stolen, you should return it to the place of purchase.

Big Day Out tickets are still available from the following authorised outlets:

Online from www.bigdayout.com and www.ticketek.co.nz, by phone from 0800-ticketek, or in person from ticketek outlets, Real Groovy and other music stores nationwide.

Series numbers of stolen Big Day Out tickets:

    000744 - 000750-
    007269 - 007270-
    011236 - 011237-
