I managed a 12.5 (I think it was) on the 12 on the rear all the way down.
The bastards won't let ya do it anymore though....

Zed big ups on the stand up, when did you do that?

As much as i love the TL, like dumping the clutch in 2nd at 45-55kph, i still miss the effortlessness of the GSXR (and the smoothness), and the ability to embarrse boy racers by pulling the front up at over licence losing speed and still out accleateing them.

Going to spend the whole day playing with the suspension... but i think it will be a million times better than the ZXR standard anyway hehehe

I can't or won't do them on the CBR, but on the TT I'll wheel stand through to 4th gear. Might have something to do with the consequences of a crash and financial loss associated with. I'll wait here for the smart remarks.

I found out today just why I have never been able to change gears while wheelying - because I havn't been trying hard enough! So I felt inspired to go out and practise today with some very pleasing results...at the end of the day I had sucessfully hooked 2nd a good dozen times from 1st and started hooking third (did it once thru 1st, 2nd, 3rd) before I ran out of time, felt real good being able to hold the bike in the air thru the gears for a considerable distance! The key is lifting the front up to just the right height to be able to ease off the throttle for a millisecond, as the front starts coming down, and hook the gear! :spudflip:

I'm wrapped with my progress, and I'm still yet to change the gearing, so it should be a heap easier once the new chain & sprockets arrive!

I was up your way ALL Saturday dude, rode up to Paparoa and turned right onto those awesome back roads all the way through to Kaikohe, then to Opo for lunch and back thru the forrest to Dargaville then back south, clocked up around 650kms! Will let u know next time i'm coming up!!
