don't bother reporting them, the owner of the vehicle only recieves a warning letter. That's ALL. From what I understand (and I don't understand much), there isn't even a record that a letter is sent.

I got buzzed one day by an asshole in a souped up piece of shit, he'd pull over let me passed then do it again - laughing as he went past. I had enuff the second time so I raised said foot at wing mirror height and buzzed him, taking off his mirror in one clean movement. He tried catching me but I hightailed it back to base, stupid fuk followed me in, and then bumped into some of my then riding buddies. Not recommended but highly effective.

If you are going to do something equally stupid at least use your foot, it doesn't hurt . . . . as much.
