I watched the video. This is verbaitm from TV One. In part....................."the highest speed that I know personally is 330 kph ………on a motorbike." Now there are a few officers here so anyone know if this guy was prosecuted. If no evidence is forthcoming the statement could........and I repeat could be a lie.
