thing is i checked the bike over to make sure it was all safe and sweet for a wof, there was nothing stopping it from getting a wof a year ago when i put it in the garage.

that is one thing that makes me mad , people riding around in a t-shirt and that sort of stuff, you nee adequate protection when you are on a bike, no matter what spped you are riding at

It's nice that you care but...I know the risks and if I choose to ride in jeans and a t-shirt, then it shouldn't worry you.

Different story with someone brand new to riding that doesn't know the risks, but there's no telling some people.

You sold the bike, did you get the change of ownership done?
If not who is liable the new owner or the old owner of the bike as it wasnt WOF or Rego'd... if the police where called in.

Or was it sold "as is where is condition"

Fair enough, your call. But, i dont think it matters wether your new to riding or not, its not always the bikers fault that they come off. lots of things, oil on the road, grease, people going through give way signs, etc.
i just hate to hear of people coming off and the injuries they get
