    My ZX6RR touring bike

Almost ready too go on our trip too the South Island!

The ZX6 is feeling a little heavier, the radar is on and wired in too. Bring on Tuesday, also don't call the cops if you see a ZX6/Sheep/Suitcase Hybrid heading down SH1 from Picton on Tuesday afternoon

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Thats lookin very smart mate, watchout for one of the South Island farmers doesn't mistake your seat covers for a live one and plug your exhaust.

Take it easy and enjoy the ride!.

    awesome..
you really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really cannot loose that sheepskin. I went from Auckland down to Palmerston North, and it killed my ass. You're a brave man to be touring on a 636, awesome sports machines, ain't so comfy tourers! Hopefully the sheepskin will fix that bit.

    Good luck dude!

Nice pics mate. I see the ZX6RR claimed a bird.....
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

I thought the 600RR was a 600cc (for the 600cc race rep class I guess)???
The 600R model is the 636, right?
The morale of the story is this: Unless you're going racing, when the dealer asks you whether you'd like one R or two, go for one!
    Keep it rubber-side down...

    There's a ZX6R and a ZX6RR.

The ZX6R has a 636cc engine for road use (and some race categories)
The ZX6RR has a 598cc engine, so that it can compete in the 600cc class. There's more 636's than 600s, but you can buy either from the same place, and cost pretty much the same
