get up early, breakfast in bed,

vacuum her car (this will impress her, for as anally clean wimin are about the house they equally aren’t about the car. They think of the car as an extension of their handbag and they always look like a tip). Add fragrance. This is like a new car.

    Wellllll

The Seal housing is fine. No problems as the damage was very minimal.

So, I've the bearings are getting changed and at the shop now. then tehy can fit the seals, and I'll put it back together adn I'm very temped to sell it ad get a newwer bike. It goes well, but it's just old and I think that while I can afford to upgrade (trying for kids really soon) I may as well do it.

Once the kids arrive the wife goes nuts with the steel vice that hold the house money ...and believe me SHe dont like dipping into that money to pay for bike bits.

The Honeydo ( honey do this and Honey do that ) works up to about a new set of chain and sprockets .

The other method is Just buy the stuff then batten down the hatches untill the noise goes away

Me I looked at the CR range and have decided that the 90s engine is more than enough for me , and up to 96 fully rebuildable So,,,,,,This year I will purchase a newer frame and swap my good bits over ..this should keep the old girl alive for a good few years to come , and at a HUGE saving to me ...
( not for the fient hearted as you can just slap a steel framed moter in an Aluminium chassis , things like rake trail , balance factor etc all have to be looked at ..BUT I think it can be done , so will be heading down this path ..

The noise dies away quite quickly around the 100 us dollar mark ...but at the 200 I start to concider a cheap hotel ...

Good luck ,ride the bike for a bit then decide what you want to do !!

Yeah I'm sort of confused about what to do at the moment. I've done so much to the bike already and I can get the barrel resleeved so it's like new for $280. It's ok, but has a few marks in it.

Just worried about updating and getting someone elses troubles.

Maybe a newwer 2 stroke would be just as good. At least I can do the piston still and not as complex as a 4 stroke.

    sweet as,

if you can get a n upgrade now, go for it!!!!!!!!! well i would.

that way when the kids come, you got a bike that won cost you all the maintainace of an older bike.

    kinda??

Well this has to go here !

Well its the Annual overhaul time, start with the frame check everything and put back together

The Engine mount holes are oval..Thats a good start , means I Have to machine new studs ! Nuts

And the plans for shortening the swingarm , maybe going out the window as my friends 125 had cracked its swingarm so will give him my spare

Never mind , luckily I have a drawing board I can refer back to
