If you're using Azureus...just go:
Open > Torrent File (for seeding only)
It should open the folder it saves your torrents to, select the movie torrent, then it'll open a folder where the movie is saved, select it and away you go.

Thanks for that, got it working. ANyone downloading see another seed has been added?? or it doesnt work that way?

I've just added it again too.

I also opened up my upload speed so you downloaders should be seeing a decent speed.
