I was stranded there for 3 hours once without any form of transportation or communication (cellphone etc).......that felt like 3 days......

I think that was when I met the farmer's daughter.......but I am now not sure which one...........

Rode back from the big AK last night on 22, I thought it was in decent condition aye, like always there are the couple of washouts in the same place as always, and yeah there was the two parts of gravel, but they were signposted and obvious so no dramas. Shit I was riding at 10.00 pm with a tinted visor and then my headlights went out so it was totally dark and I still made it through unscathed so it can't be too bad.

Me..... mee............. you should train your gravel to stop doing that to my poor bike.......

Done that stretch of road (the washout) at least 4 times (making it 8 times both ways)..... and never a problem and suddenly:slap:

Anyway I'm gonna complain to my ma that you're not sending marshalls out with flags to warn us about the gravel and the Pukeko of Doom.

I know how that road is like when it's pitch dark. i've been there.......

You might run into a cow.......

I wouldn't complain if they have a few camels along the way.......at least there is a possibility of running into a camel toe

One of the washouts caught me out on sunday, I didn't see the dip/bump in the road and bottomed the suspension out, felt the shock all the way up my spine. I wonder if I'm any shorter now? (could be a good thing )

It hurts when it went in that far aye?
Are you using good quality lube? Don't use other than KY.

Don't worry, it only hurts the first time. After that it is only pleasure,

If you don't mind, bring your tank camera. Hope it does a decent job at night.
