    IT Support working at Fujitsu supporting Ministry of Justice.

    In a previous career I was a Chef for 11yrs, sometimes miss the excitement of 'fast' kitchens but don't miss the unsociable hours.

    Would like to get out and do something on my own but yet to come up with a plan...

    No, I actually help test a particular drug, for an overseas drug company, its not very hard, you just turn up for a blood test every day.
