    Arrow Kill a 'Bulletproof' Engine?

This is an interesting article on an attempt to kill off a ZX6R with a lot of neglect. Did it work? Have a read:

Bit sad but yes I have come across a few people that do treat their bikes like that.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Reminds me of a video I once saw of an RX7 sitting in a driveway on full throttle for over 8mins (I think it may have actually been over 10mins). by the end the radiator had exploded with coolant vapour all over the place and I think the exhaust caught fire too.

Geez, just read the article. That's nuts!

Ever seen those tests where they pour in ''Miracle Motor Cure'' then drain the oil and run the engine, drive the car around etc? One even has them take the sump off and run a hose at the engine. They can take a shit load of abuse...kinda makes you wonder how come we blow them up.

I betcha they wouldn't do the same test with a two-stroke.

I can't remember all of the 2-strokers I've seized over the years........
