Not trying to be nasty to anyone or anything, but this is precisely why I don't like turning up. In all honesty I find it stressful holding everyone else up, Ive been undertaken on these rides as well as having people moaning about my bike smoking and how I ride.... Guess what my bikes a two stroke ITS GOING TO SMOKE! and I love my bike!
Rant over, you lot are a good bunch and I enjoy hanging out with ya, but I seriously need to get some riding in on my own for a bit and get my confidence up!
    Sorry if Ive offended anyone!

Wish I could come out for a ride. The weathers beautiful and I haven't met Skel's new baby yet AND I got my boots yesterday.

    Oh well...

Unfortunately I can't be there, and I don't think poos will be around either unless he's found some more oil to put in the gixxer. Bloody things leak all over the place.

Velox, don't drop your bike before I get to see it eh

str8: dont take my comments to heart please, its great to have other "slow" riders out there.

mikey: thought you were comming? you want that lead?

    phoenix: no excuses? only regrets?

everyone be careful comming back to the mole as there is gravel around the melling roundabout due to various roadworks

I wouldn't worry about holding people up...half of this event is about riding, the other half is about trash-talking. So even if you arrive last...you're not actually holding anyone up.
If I was you...I'd have a quiet word to those that undertake you (hope it wasn't me) and just let them know that it's not on!
And for those that moan about your bike smoking...tell em to take a chill pill.

Cheers guy's, but if im gonna go on a group ride, id prefer to be riding with the group but im too slow to keep up and find myself stressing to keep up, thats when I start to do stupid things and can see myself having an accident one of these days in doing so!
Wasp, its all good mate! Especially after I hassled you so much for running out of gas!
SS, nah mate wasnt you. Being an inexperienced rider its kind of embarrasing "confronting" the people that do this as they are always way faster and more experienced riders not to mention the fact they are also twice my size.....

Never fear, im way more confident than I used to be so a couple more months of slower paced riding on my own and i'll be back. Might even be able to keep up with some of ya!

My excuse is that I'm whipped. My regret is that I'm so whipped I couldn't make it out for a ride on this fine evening.

    This saddens me greatly
