    EFC Ride 28/01/2006

Started at ABP. Heaps of other KB's there for another ride- John/gazzar and others. Some good looking bikes there! Saw my FC partner and left around 10am- the normal way via ridge road to 22.

Grabbed some gas and a pie at the usual place. Did some window shopping- some fine looking ass ther ae marmoot?

Then it was time to head back down the way we came till the Glen Afton turn off, along to Rotowaro, Hetherginton Rd and back onto 22 Caught SH1 at Mercer split up and headed back home for a few

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

OK, my version of the ride today:

Great ride. 2 EFC members came out. Met at Papakura, went down 22, grab lunch, went up 22, went home.

    Great ride.

As I have said, Firefight you lucky pervert.
While two of us were on our bikes sweating in sweltering heat, making our way in the middle of dry land, dusty road, and rolling hills tormenting ourselves on our long ride, you were there having the comfort of young firemen around you.

You lucky lucky bastard. You must've been the luckiest man on earth today.

For the whole ride I cannot think of anything other than envy.
