    Had the same thing happen to me 2 years ago at a stop sign when i was on the way to work thankfuly i could slow down enough so the impact wasnt that great and the damage to the bike not to bad buggered shoulder in the impact the old bag didnt see me or the 4x4 behind me lucky i didnt get hit by the 4x4 as well

    Tuff one, pretty classic too. Often happens, most of the time you get away with it when someone pulls out infront of you, sometimes there is nothing that can be done.

    I remember when I crashed me shiny new R1, bit of a bummer. Hope you are/he is insured, makes things a lot easier.
