Welcome. NZ will be everything you hoped it would be. The people are great (mostly) and the riding is fantastic. The weather is ok most of the time and you can ride all year round (even in the deep south).
KIA ORA is an acceptable greeting for most New Zealanders. (Pronounced KEY ORA). But if they are OLD and WHITE you might have to use Hi or hello as some of the really old farts are taking a bit o time to get to grips with our (thats all of our heartage not just the Bros or the honkies) heratige. If its someone you know well then try Kia ora bro (as in brother).
G'day from an(other) ex-Pom. The Tauranga district is really nice - not far from where I live and I'm over there on business a fair bit. Great biker pub (Okoroire) complete with geothermal hot pools and a golf course not that far away. You will also be not far from motorcycling Nirvarna, the Coromandel Peninsula; or East Cape, come to that. You're in for a treat!
Geoff
Welcome to the Tauranga area, you won't be disappointed.
If you need someone to babysit those MV's for you when they get here, until you can get your shit sorted out, I'll take good care of them for you.![]()
It's just one of those days, where you don't wanna wake up,
everything is fucked, everybody sucks,
You don't really know why but you wanna justify ripping someone's head off
Just like Mt Panorama at Bathurst. 70km/h down Conrod straight? Bah!Originally Posted by Juan

Congrats on the job and all the best moving yourself and your steeds over here. Hamilton's not too far from Tga so it's likely we'll see you around.
Motorbike Camping for the win!
