    Yep another one.

    I never thought I'd be one to get on here and rant about F*ckhead F*ckers riding their F*cking scooters in stupid F*cking ways! The following will have more relevance to those people that know Wellington;
    I finished work on Friday and started to drive the cage home in the pouring rain. I'm currently working up on Pirie St off Kent tce. All I've got to do is get through town to Karori, which as it has turned out is worse than trying to get out of town - almost as bad as sitting in traffic waiting to get to the Hutt. Anyway I cut acroos Cambridge and down to Tory St. No scooters yet? Well ok then. I turn onto Troy St at Moore Wilson's corner and as I'm sitting there, a scooter (125 type with pillion) pulls into from behind me. Seeing as it's raining (probably) and traffic is busy and the rider is a complete and total F*CKWIT he decides it's a good idea to mount the footpath and cruise past all the traffic. Ok no big deal so far the were no pedestrians. at the other end of the footpath he goes straight across off the footpath and onto the other side without looking to stop under the eaves at the intersection of Tory and Vivian. Still I can see that there are (I would suppose) relative merits to stopping under the eaves. Then just to absolutely defy logic, this clown takes off at the green lights in front of turing traffic from this side (turning left) of the intersection and the other side (turning right), two lanes to turn into. In the pouring rain (I'm about 3 cars back so have a good view) and rides over the pedestrian/wheelchair footpath ramp on the other side "jumps" the scooter, with pillion, of the footpath on the other side, doesn't indicate and turns across oncoming traffic to take the side street down to Taranaki street.

    In previous threads I've read about these F*ckwits, quite often teens or 20's, in this case those the rider was a fat middle aged glasses wearing dumbass! I like to think that I'm pretty tolerant about this sort of thing coz, at one stage I was pretty stupid myself. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. There were at least 3 vehicles that took evasive action of some sort. I can understand if that sort of reckless behaviour was taken in dry conditions, I don't know the guy's ability, but in the WET?!!?? I'm not religious but I did send a quiet prayer to Valhalla that the youngish looking lady on the back got home alive.

    I don't even have a bike at the moment but I was totally offended as a biker, that this clown could behave in that way. I saw the look on a couple of drivers faces and they were not nice. What pisses me off is that, that digust is likely to be directed at other bikers who've done nothing wrong (in the future). It pisses me off that I may get tarred with the same brush that will be used to cover the marks that will be left after that f*ckwit smears himself all over the road somewhere.

    Rant done now - I'll get back in my box.

    Bugger mate, but I know exactly where you are coming from.

    Death cometh sooner or late
    And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
    For the ashes of his fathers
    And the temples of his Gods

    Arrow Sounds pretty stupid.

    I guess some people need to learn the hard way before they will start to behave themselves?
    Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

    Mate, do what I did a get Scoo Bars fitted to the front of an SUV. They're like Roo Bars you get for the Auzzie outback but with spikes. There's a very informative thread in the scooter section on the subject of scooter safety based on a similar incident.

    Yeah, I know. Just "ANOTHER" thread about dumbass behaviour. Add this one to the list I suppose. Just F*cked off enough to post something about it.
