Gremlin - cheers. Might pop over sometime soon and see if it's still there. I don't know what the diff would be from the 6 to the 7R.. might have some similarities..

imdying - cheers. I've got a manual, I just wanted a side-by-side comparison so that I could see where some bits go that I can't quite figure out. (I'm rebuilding one)

Pickle - is it like a Haynes manual, or is it an actual kawa workshop manual?

SM & HDT - funny cunts, aren't ya?

The Manual is a genuine Kawasaki Manual, will bring it with me to Akl if you want it, staying at Spencer on Byron Bay in Takapuna if you want to pick it up.

    Cheers Doug

yeah, wouldn't mind a look, if that's ok. my cell number is 021 636 910 and I'm about 5 minutes from that place.

imdying - if I took a few pics and emailed them to you, could you give me some clues on where stuff goes? Just some minor things now, mostly piping.

In a nutshell, the two pipes off the coolant bottle, the two smaller pipes on the top of the rad, and the pipe that faces down from the metal thing that sits over the top of the vacuum switch - where do they all go?
