OMG, that's going to be the next thing, isn't it. The soccer Moms will decide that their SUVs aren't "safe" enough for the liddle darlings, and start ferrying them about in tanks.

So,it was a real tank eh?

I don't know what sort of tank it was,but it took up a fair bit of road, and I've never seen a tracked vehicle moving that fast on the road before.Maybe they are expecting a bit of trouble in the Waikato.

Did it have a WoF ? And if it was breaking the speed limit would any cop be game enough to give it a ticket ?

Blurdy hell! I must pass this on to the comrades at Communist Central. Sounds like Rangiora is just the place we want to start the revolution. I mean, what have the NZ army got that could stand up to a dozen tanks.

Hmm, it was millitary weekend at motat2 11-12th feb, might explain a bit of the action.

Good day to muck around and see some cool machines (used to go there when I volunteered for motat).

edit: Like to see you 'move' that tank with your pajero like you do with bikes... tosser :P

NO idea whats happening up North. I know Burnham have something planned and they are doing manouvers. Don't be too surprised to see them on the road between CHCH and Timaru

Cartoon I saw depicting a used car lot with a tank in it and the salesman is saying to the bemused suck- ahh, potential customer "It was owned by a little old lady who lived in a rough neighbourhood..."

Sometimes thought that my next cage should be a tank or one of those Cadillac-Gage armoured scout cars - just for those pricks that pull out in front of you...
