My last Gixxer disintegrated in front of my eyes on the Armco going through Karangahake Gorge at about 120kph, blew two of those posts holding the barrier up out of the ground(one actually got ripped off the barrier itself) and flew through the air in a million bits back over the other side of the road and into a ditch, I just slid on my back up to the barrier stood up and sat down on it and rolled a smoke thinking 'Ow my leg hurts'...just a graze tho(last time I wore jeans on my bike) and 'Hmmmm'..... mind you the drop into the river hadnt the barrier been there would have been rather.... scenic lol

Hows the bones today mate.... bet ya ol Daisy wouldnt have got her early morning jump this morning huh huh???

Go out to your bike again and have a good cry... again

Bloody fuck cunt mate. Oh well you've paid the rent now so you can give it heaps when the gixxer is fixed. I reckon that flaking paint had something to do with it.

Does that mean we will need to wit for your presence in the naki now? Glad your OK and who gives a toss about the bike, they are easily replaced. I know, Im in the process of replacing the Yamaha.
Whats it with KBers, GSXRs and crashing???:spudwhat:
Hope your feeling yourself (no not in THAT way) soon. Might want a Honda dude. They might not have as much power but they handle better, apparently from what I've been reading...

just a bit of food for thought we are not invinceable as we like to think we are, We all love the corners and leaning it over but we sometimes fail to consider the consequences if it goes wrong well at least i did anyway

Hmmmm, any rider who thinks themself as invincible is deluded! However, failing to consider consequences and taking tyres for granted, etc is something that most experience. It only takes a millisecond lack of concentration out there and it can turn to custard! (No pun intended Mr C)

Sorry to hear about the bin. Hope all heals up well! Went over the takas for the first time this summer and noticed some places where there were steep drops and NO armco..... don't know which would be worse!!
