It's in Sweden and mostly around Stockholm as are all the Ghost Rider DVD's. I used to live there for a while and the bikers are mad. You'd be too if you could only ride for 4 - 5 months of the year.

The cops there are reasonably relaxed as it's one of the safest countries to drive in. Some of the speed limits on the freeway are 120 and most people go faster than that. However, if you do get caught, bend over, it's painful. I got pulled over once by a cop in an unmarked Audi S4.

Obviously staged, you wouldn't be doing some 'phat drifts bro' if you were trying to get away, drifting is the slowest way to get around the corner.

Also why not just stop at the start? The fulla wasn't doing anything illegal in the first place, why try to get away?

Elise 111R with road tires. Steer in a little early and blip the brakes - you have now entered driftville and may dial in as much or as little cornering as you want If you put the soft tires on there can be some snap oversteer as the back reattaches, the trick is to manage the drift and make sure you don't leave the corner without bringing the back mostly into line.

I, also, play too much Gran Turismo.

    ...But it makes good DVD!

If he had stopped from the word go then who would watch 30 seconds of go...stop ... end of story...
As he gets away there is opportunity for part 2 perhaps the car decides to chase the bike and ghostrider has a front puncture so he has to mono the entire way...

    Way cool to watch!

In the old black n white days, the traffic cops tried to recruiter me, I told them to give me a call when they bought out mufti GSXR's
I can just imagine... "Control, are in pursuit of speeding motorist over Takas...AGAIN, have a new set of tires ready for me upon my return

In those days, the Traffic Cop Training school used to go out on training runs, no shit it looked for all the world like mother duck taking her ducklings out!

I worked shift in those days, went for a ride up the Takas on a RG250, and what should I find, but a duckling parade, I hope it was duck shooting season cuz I carved the lot including the instructor within a 2 km stretch in the Kaitokes lol (In the tight stuff, so all under the speed limit!)
Anyways I get to the top of the hill, and get off my bike, I hear the scream of a poor 4 stroke being tortured with lots of loud scraping noises from sparking foot pegs, yep it was the instructor hammering it and absolutely no ducklings in sight! The instructor jumps off his bike and starts walking towards me in a aggressive manner, only then does it dawn on my then blissfully ignorant teenage self, that maybe, just maybe I may have pissed him off!
As it turns out, No! He just looked waaaaaaaaaay down the bottom at the 1st of the ducklings, shook his head and muttered they could not ride for shit!
He then chatted to me for a few mins about bikes in general and that was it.
1 week later got a knock on the door from the recruiter!

I dunno man, they made a pretty tasty snack

2 feather friend incidents do come to mind though...
I hit a sea gull going pretty quick, it's blood ran back like flames on the helmet, left it like that a few days lol
The other was on the rollar coaster between levin and foxton one morning delivering the GSXR to it's new owner, crested the rise and a HUGE flock of birds were on the other side, Incoming carnage! I "ducked" down behind the fairing and saw all these splotches of red appear on my riding suit, esp my shulders!!!
Funny thing is, before that, if you had asked me if I'd wanted a heap of birds to give me a shoulder massage, I would have said yes!
I have a sheep fucking story too, but maybe not the type people may be envisioning!

I guess it's another "self" promoting video for GR .
I guess it proves he's fast in a straight line .
Great to see the pair putting general public at risk with this BS.
Love the bit where the BMW M Coupe goes up the off ramp the wrong way. The sooner these two are taken out of the gene pool the better.

I'm glad this is posted free as I wouldn't pay for this shit.
