The cops there are reasonably relaxed as it's one of the safest countries to drive in. Some of the speed limits on the freeway are 120 and most people go faster than that. However, if you do get caught, bend over, it's painful. I got pulled over once by a cop in an unmarked Audi S4.

If you put the soft tires on there can be some snap oversteer as the back reattaches, the trick is to manage the drift and make sure you don't leave the corner without bringing the back mostly into line.
perhaps the car decides to chase the bike and ghostrider has a front puncture so he has to mono the entire way...
