Thread: 400mph Dodge Tomahawk

I had one for awhile,it was nice...but at my age you get a bit sick of chicks crawling all over you, took it up to 205mph a few times, but got bored with that too.You can't get dirt tyres in that size,so I gave it to the guy who has the dairy down the road.

Reading back a few posts, you could have given it to wkid. He was gonna pull a 20mph wheelie on it.

Perhaps with a bike with four wheels he would have felt a bit safer

    The American's just don't get it. ..
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I'm sorry, my bad. I'm used to living in England where Top Gear is up to date rather than repeated from last year, so I assumed this was new. Damn them, damn them all to hell!
Remember to never split an infinitive. The passive voice should never be used. Do not put statements in the negative form. Proofread carefully to see if you words out. And don't start a sentence with a conjugation. (William Safire)

How the hell do you hold on to a bike at 400mph?? I guess that they staple your hands to the grips, feet to the pegs, velcro your leathers to the seat, and fit a steel rod down your back to hold your head steady.

And what sort of wind noise do you get at that speed.

Minor points I know, but it would make getting kitted up to pop down to the shops interesting. For that matter what sort of inside leg measurement to straddle the thing?

Personally I think it looks like Judge Dredd's Lawmaster bike (not the crappy one from the film), or possible even the Lightcycle from Tron, but then I'm a sad bastard.

So, who's going to be the first to import one?
Its a concept there is only 1. And they are not for sale.

One 8.3 litre overwieght (680kg) piece of american engineering making one measly hp more than Ghost Riders turbo'ed 1.3 litre busa. God forbid if you lowsided it and had your leg stuck under it.

I seriously hope so. Screw its looks and screw the fact that it has 4 wheels, IT GOES 400MPH!!!!(so they say) Isn't that enough to get it into production?
