    have seen this before.was told it was a ghostrider wannabee.

    Ghostrider has done Police impersonations before, so doing something like this as a prank to viewers wouldn't be difficult.

    I agree with deonohit... plus it didn't exactly look like his trusty GSX-R ... has anyone ever seen GhostRider ride anything except for Suzukis, Subaru WRX or his trusty Go-Kart-wheel-treaded Snowmobile? Other thing I noticed... why are the back of his leathers...... BLUE and that guy doesn't exactly look like he's been on the Atkin's diet either...

    cops over there just use him for pursuit practise.
