You might need a map from FF first describing 22 mm by mm pothole by pothole! With such dramatic anecdotes such as Vladis corner etc

Just wait till you ride it, then you'll be kicking yerself you didn't before!

Doesn't bother the likes of me if you don't ride it though, the less the merrier!

have a look at Big Daves website especially his tv thingo, see attached image

Also take note of the scene in the attached image and slow down for the corner in the background, Zed can tell you how he had to skip around as an r1,NC30 and cbr250 went off on that corner all around him at the same time!

Nice write up mate. Im envious of SH22
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods

Coincidentally i stopped at that exact same corner last Saturday and told the story to someone...

KB ride down 22, heading back from Hams after lunch a group of four of us are slicing up the corners, blue R1 (we know who), my Bird, the NC30 & CBR following in close pursuit, we come to that corner and a mere 5m in front of me our mate takes said corner too wide and down the bank into the fence they go a tumbling...i managed to keep the Bird lined up around the corner and road to the top of the hill to turn around and when i did to my horror i realised that both bikes following me also went over the embankment ending in a pile on top of one another just mtrs behind the R1 - freaked me out to see them all down like that!!

Were you the first to arrive at that crash scene Alex?

Yip, had only just thought to myself "hmm pace is up there not feeling the best will drop out" so was only seconds behind everyone. Had to lift a bike off one after getting some sort of grunting swearing from the pom to know he was ok. was an interesting day, but always listen to that little voice , was it Jim the other day saying about the truck on the takas that would of had him had he not pulled off the road for no reason..........

Yeah sounds like it!. A good mate of mine saw me get t-boned by a volvo at about 60kph. I flew about 12 feet in the air and broke almost every major bone in my body including 2 compound fractures (femur and radius) that wouldn't have been nice to see.Blood was everywhere to. Was very ouch!.

If it is the uphill tight righthander you're talking about (northbound) then I have done one there myself.

Mauled the bike pretty bad and had to stop a car to get help pulling the bike to the road so I could ride it back to Tuakau and store it there overnight for pickup.

    That was back in 2004.......
