Surely you could challenge the ticket in court if you pass a warrant? I thought WOF checks were about ensuring your bike (or whatever) met the legal requirements and was deemed road-worthy. (Actually I know the truth, it is just another way for the govt to make money).

Always gets a wof on my Virago, its my Harley wannabe and has modified exhaust to take Harley strait pipes.
Altho Ive been told its 'marginal' and recomended not to 'wind it out' or Mr Plodd may pink sticker it ..... but then .... who in their right mind wants to wind out a cruiser anyway ??? or am I just old lmao *dont answer that*
