    it only as the 04/05 yamaha 600's on bike point but those are $17,500 retail, So i am guessing the 06 be simlar pricing, since the suzukis are simlar pricing to last year models

    Preliminary tests on the new R6 would seem to indicate that it's a jet. Perhaps they have a dyno calibration error? The torque curves show more difference than there really is because the y axis doesn't go anywhere near 0. Anyway both these bikes are making the sort of peak power that Fireblades were making a few years back - wow!

    I don't know if many of you remember the curves like this doing the rounds when the K5 Gixxer 1000 came out indicating it had 10hp more everywhere. Turned out they were mistaken (though it is obviously still very powerful).

    can't be the dyno calibration, cos the world over are coming out with the same short-fall on the 06 R6..
