    Ghost Rider V's BMW

the voice over starts off by saying that Ghost Rider is going to suprise some driver in BMW by going undercover on a cop GSXR1000, luckily for them, the "surprised" BMW driver goes past the cameras postioned on the side of the road and at the end stops....... right by a camera guy.... hoorray.

apart from that, some good driving by the guy in the BMW, obviously it could never actually out run a GSXR1000 but hey, its only TV

yeah, cos cops there ride K5 gixers..
it'd be a good cover to speed around tho.. flash lights and have a siren, who'd question it? Add more cops chasing you on your cop bike, and everyone has fun..

Is that the one with the BMW Z3? It's got some pretty sharp handling!

Where did that clip originate from do you know? Is it off the latest GR dvd? He's up to #5 now isn't he?

That clip looks a bit staged to me, put a drift racer in a BMW and have a bit of fun.

yeah, there's some bits where he's drifting a corner nicely just where the camera happens to be, and GR is just coasting behind..

There's a few in NZ. It's based on the Z3 chassis but is somewhat unusual in the rear. it has an M3 engine in but only the 320 bhp one. I used to have the current model M3 and with a 50/50 weight distribution, it was an excellent drifter.

    the video is cr*p quality.

the DVD is so much better, the M3 coupe race is a better race than the GSXR100k5 Vs the Naked R1.

The driver of M3 is pretty good, overtaking while drifting, then holding the drift to undertake. Amazing .. but .. nothing drifts better than a Sylvia (I play Gran Turismo).
I wave to every biker I see.

Did any one see a cop anywhere along the way? Seems like you can drive however you want over there and not get any grief from the law. Where is it again?

its actually called a 1 series BMW. Its got the standard looking BMW front but kinda disappears behind the drivers seat.
