Once we got over the Haywards and dropped into the Hutt Valley you could notice a decent temperature drop.

The Cruisy Wednesday Night Ride 15.03.2006.

Yes folks it's on again this Wednesday.
Meet 6:30 at the southern end of Avalon park by the duck pond.

Please Note: This ride is arranged in order to provide a local social riding event for the local KB riders that are riding the smaller CC bikes and that generally prefer slower paced rides.
This event works well by having the group remain as a group when in transit and by travelling at predominantly road legal speeds.
All KB riders and friends are welcome to attend this ride. However, should you struggle to maintain the groups easy going pace, we ask that you be considerate and stick with it for this is a learner/introductory riders group event.

Destination will be determined on that evening.
    See you there

There really was a real life elephant there the first night that we went out on the first TCWNR. I thought I was seeing things but Tristan saw it too! Granted there was one of those travelling circus thingees setting up at the time though...

Maybe the elephant scared the ducks away so your attention wasnt drawn to the pond. There are usually load of the wee critters around there.
